Saturday Inspiration – For your success

The proof of this truth is in every person, and it therefore admits of easy investigation by systematic introspection and self-analysis. Let a man radically alter his thoughts, and he will be astonished at the rapid transformation it will effect in the material conditions of his life. Men imagine that thought can be kept secret, but it cannot. It rapidly crystallizes into habit, and habit solidifies into circumstance. Bestial thoughts crystallize into habits of drunkenness and sensuality, which solidify into circumstances of destitution and disease.

Impure thoughts of every kind crystallize into enervating and confusing habits, which solidify into distracting and adverse circumstances. Thoughts of fear, doubt, and indecision crystallize into weak, unmanly, and irresolute habits, which solidify into circumstances of failure, indigence, and slavish dependence. Lazy thoughts crystallize into weak, habits of uncleanliness and dishonesty, which solidify into circumstances of foulness and beggary. Hateful and condemnatory thoughts crystallize into habits of accusation and violence, which solidify into circumstances of injury and persecution. Selfish thoughts of all kinds crystallize into habits of self-seeking, which solidify into distressful circumstances.

On the other hand, beautiful thoughts of all kinds crystallize into habits of grace and kindliness, which solidify into genial and sunny circumstances. Pure thoughts crystallize into habits of temperance and self-control, which solidify into circumstances of repose and peace. Thoughts of courage, self-reliance, and decision crystallize into manly habits, which solidify into circumstances of success, plenty, and freedom. Energetic thoughts crystallize into habits of cleanliness and industry, which solidify into circumstances of pleasantness. Gentle and forgiving thoughts crystallize into habits of gentleness, which solidify into protective and preservative circumstances. Loving and unselfish thoughts which solidify into circumstances of sure and abiding prosperity and true riches.

A particular train of thought persisted in, be it good or bad, cannot fail to produce its results on the character and circumstances. A man cannot directly choose his circumstances, but he can choose his thoughts, and so indirectly, yet surely, shape his circumstances. Nature helps every man to gratification of the thoughts which he most encourages, and opportunities are presented which will most speedily bring to the surface both the good and the evil thoughts.

Let a man cease from his sinful thoughts, and all the world will soften towards him, and be ready to help him. Let him put away his weakly and sickly thoughts, and the opportunities will spring up on every hand to aid his strong resolves. Let him encourage good thoughts, and no hard fate shall bind him down to wretchedness and shame. The world is your kaleidoscope, and the varying combinations of colors which at every succeeding moment it presents to you are the exquisitely adjusted pictures of your ever-moving thoughts.

The story of the "Heart of the Champion"…

August 2nd, 2009 Richard Bligdon Comments off

“I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career…

I’ve lost almost 300 games…

26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning
shot and missed…

I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life…

And that is why I succeed.”

Who said it?

The legendary icon himself, Michael Jordan.

Thats what I’m looking for. A champion. A heart
of pure gold, of pure desire. Thats what it takes.

You WILL fail in network marketing over and over
and over again, there is absolutely no doubt about
that and no way around it.

It takes that one final game winning shot to make it
over the hump…and over that hump is everything
you’ve ever wanted in life.

Come on…..if you’re old enough(and maybe even if you’re not,but you’re a NASA fan) -quote the rest of it.
“…and one giant leap for all mankind” or something like that.

It was July 20,1969,40 years ago today that the Apollo 11 Astronauts landed on the Moon.

I just watched a documentary on TV about it tonight. Those were exciting days and like every kid,I was glued to the Tv.

It was still early days for space exploration and even though there had been several years of training and preparation, there were still many things that could’ve gone wrong.

They were pioneers!

Ok,here’s the point:

“What would you do if you knew you could not fail?”

How about being an Internet Marketing pioneer?

Don’t know where to start?

I recommend “Magnetic Sponsoring.” Mike Dillard’s book and program has helped me so much.Make sure you also get the book “Building A Business On A Budget” because it will help you to do it on $500 a month,or less.

Too Many Internet Marketers And Users Have Terrible Spelling and Grammar!

July 18th, 2009 Richard Bligdon Comments off

I normally write articles either recommending a product,or service I use myself,or write about something that might help other Internet Marketers.

Well,today,I can’t stand it anymore,I’m going to take a back-end approach!

I am SICK of seeing the appalling spelling and grammar used on the Internet, not only by other Internet marketers, but even by Internet users in general.Take a look on Ebay and you’ll see what I mean for general users.I’ve even had Consumer Electronic device manuals, not to mention Newspapers with mistakes!

Then there are Internet marketing websites and ads! Ugh!

My mind wonders:

Didn’t these people go to school?

Did they not pay attention in school ?

-a very real possibility -since I was guilty of that one…but then I hear tell that spelling and grammar are not even taught in school anymore!Unbelievable!

In fact,I’ve seen some non-English speaking Internet marketers use better English grammar than some of those who speak it as their first language, despite the fact that their letters contain grammatical errors and the occasional spelling mistake

The first rule of Internet Marketing is:

*BRAND yourself!

That means you want to promote you and brand yourself as a leader and someone who knows something about your field.

I don’t know about you,but seeing bad spelling and grammar turns me off and I don’t find myself thinking too highly of the person and it removes any desire I have to work with that marketer!

Here are some examples that really burn me up:

*Receive spelt “Recieve” despite the fact that the old rhyme says ” ‘I’ before ‘E’ EXCEPT after ‘C’”

*LOOSE for LOSE

*THERE for THEIR

*YOU’RE for YOUR -and vice versa

*USING ALL CAPITALS

*Writing an email in ALL one paragraph! -This one REALLY bugs me!

There are many ways to help your articles and ads look good, even using a spell checker!

That’s it!

I’m off my soapbox for today!
